How long do I have to wait for my order?
After you have placed your order with Dante Furniture, you will be given an estimated delivery date for your items.
If you have chosen to use one of our finance options as a method of payment, the lead time will begin once financial documentation has been obtained and a sales contract has been signed.
We are unable to promise an exact delivery date at the time of sale because all our goods are custom-made to your specifications. If our projected delivery date changes due to circumstances beyond our control, we will keep you updated throughout the process and notify you of any modifications to your original delivery date. Thus, ensuring you are provided with an accurate date on when to expect your order.
When your order is complete, we will call you to schedule a delivery day and time that is convenient for you. We try to deliver your item within two weeks of receiving the order confirmation.
It is useful if you supply any information about the place where your furniture will be delivered when reserving your delivery date, such as whether it is in a block of flats, has any tight roads or doorways, and so on. This will allow us to better arrange your furniture delivery and ensure a faster, more efficient delivery of your item(s).
Where do we deliver to?
Currently, Dante Furniture only deliver to the United Kingdom.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary depending on your order and whereabouts you are in the UK. Before we finalise your order, we will inform you of your total delivery fee at the checkout.
Our standard delivery days are Monday to Saturday, between 9am – 7pm.
What happens on the day of delivery?
Delivering a sofa into your home can sometimes be a difficult task. As a result, we have a team of experts that design the quickest route to your chosen destination to make delivery as stress-free as possible.
Our delivery experts work in two-man crews to ensure your order is delivered to you in perfect condition and with ease. The delivery crew will contact you an hour before they are scheduled to arrive to inform you that they are on their way. Please make sure that all walkways and entrances are clear so that our delivery team can securely enter the building. Also, remember to relocate any existing furniture that your order may be replacing.
It is crucial that someone is available to accept the delivery of your item(s) on the agreed-upon delivery day. If we are unable to deliver your purchase, we may have to charge you to return your items to our warehouse and redeliver on a different day.
