Who is my finance agreement with?
Your agreement is with PayItMonthly, who manage your application and collect your monthly payments.
Will applying affect my credit score?
PayItMonthly first runs a soft credit check, which doesn't affect your credit score. If you're approved and decide to go ahead, a hard credit search is recorded on your file.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment is taken when you're approved. After that you can pay monthly or every four weeks, by Direct Debit or by card online or over the phone.
Are there any fees or interest?
No. There's no interest and no fees. You only pay the price of your order, split into equal instalments.
Can I pay it off early?
Yes. You can settle your agreement in full at any time, with no early repayment charges.
What if I miss a payment?
Missed payments may be reported to credit reference agencies, and repeated missed payments could lead to a default on your credit file. If you're struggling, contact PayItMonthly as soon as possible.
