  • We may change these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.

  • Promotions and offers may be altered or withdrawn at any time.

  • If we are informed of inaccuracies, we will correct them as soon as reasonably possible.

2. Website Security & Damage

  • We take care to keep this website free from viruses and defects.

  • However, we cannot guarantee that using this site will not affect your computer. We recommend using up-to-date antivirus and firewall protection.

  • Dante Furniture accepts no liability for any damage caused to your equipment while using this website.

3. Accuracy of Content

  • Prices shown include VAT and are correct at the time of publishing.

  • All products are described as accurately as possible, but orders will only be accepted if no material errors exist.

  • Colours shown online may vary depending on your screen. To help, we can provide fabric swatches on request.

4. Before You Order

To help us process your order smoothly, please consider:

  • Can the furniture be delivered into your home easily (doors, stairs, passageways)?

  • Will the furniture fit into your chosen room?

  • Which items, colours, and ranges you would like.

  • Ordering all matching items at the same time (to avoid shade variances later).

  • Your preferred payment method.

5. Order Acknowledgement & Acceptance

Placing an order with Dante Furniture creates a legally binding contract. Your statutory rights, including cancellation rights, remain unaffected.

6. Processing & Delivery

  • At the time of order, we will confirm an approximate delivery timeframe.

  • Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a confirmed delivery date.

  • Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will keep you informed.

7. On Delivery

  • Ensure that delivery access is clear and the intended room is ready.

  • Our team will unpack, install your furniture, and remove packaging (if requested).

  • You will be asked to sign for the furniture once installed.

  • Any visible damage or shortages must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

  • If delivery fails due to access issues, redelivery may be arranged. If you cancel after a failed attempt, restocking and delivery fees will apply.

8. Payment

  • We accept debit/credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Delta/Connect.

  • All balances must be cleared before delivery. Delivery staff cannot accept payments.

  • Finance agreements are completed once delivery of all items has taken place.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Options will depend on your order status.

  • Made-to-order items may not be cancelled once production has started. A minimum 20% restocking fee will apply.

  • Stock item cancellations may incur an administration fee.

  • Mattresses are delivered sealed for hygiene. Once opened, they cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • For online orders, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods (items must be returned in original packaging; collection fees may apply). You then have a further 14 days to return them.

  • Faulty goods can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, replacement, or repair. Dante Furniture will cover return courier costs for faulty items.

10. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 14 days of cancellation or item return.

11. Guarantee

  • All new furniture is covered by a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use (UK Mainland only).

  • This does not apply to clearance stock.

12. Intellectual Property

  • All copyright, trademarks, and content on this website belong to Dante Furniture or its licensors.

  • Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Copying, reproduction, or distribution of content without permission is strictly prohibited.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Contracts are governed by the laws of England, and disputes will be handled exclusively in English courts.

  • Products are sold for domestic use. If used for business purposes, you must ensure suitable insurance. Liability for business use is limited to the cost of the item.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.

  • You may not assign or transfer your contract rights to third parties.

  • If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remain in effect.
