We want this process to be smooth, transparent, and stress-free — here’s everything you need to know.


Delivery Timeframes

  • In-stock sofas: Expect delivery within 2–7 working days. We’ll notify you promptly if there are any delays—whether due to stock issues or shipping disruptions.

  • Made-to-order items: You’ll receive an on-page estimated delivery date.

  • Finance orders: Delivery timelines start once your finance is approved and your contract is signed.


Delays & Notifications

  • We’ll inform you without delay if your order experiences issues—like stock shortages or external disruptions.

  • You’ll receive a revised estimated delivery date and updates from our customer care team until your items arrive.


Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver across the United Kingdom mainland only.

Access & Property Preparation

  • Please ensure clear access to your property, including inside hallways, lifts, staircases, and entrances.

  • Let us know upfront about any complexities—such as one-way streets, rural lanes, parking issues, or narrow doorways. This helps reduce complications on delivery day.

  • If access issues cause damage during delivery, this is the customer’s responsibility, and returns or replacements will not be possible.

  • Our two-person crew will deliver your item to your chosen room at no extra charge, including upstairs or upstairs-to-room deliveries.


Delivery Day Expectations

  • Expect a courtesy call about one hour before our arrival.

  • Someone needs to be present to accept delivery and ensure clear pathways.

  • If you notice any visible damage or missing parts, please inform us within 24-48 hours of delivery.


Missed or Failed Deliveries

  • If we can’t access your property due to access issues, we may still attempt delivery. If not possible, delivery will fail and you may incur charges.

  • Failed deliveries may incur a £100 re-delivery fee (or deducted from any refund if the order is cancelled).

  • If you wish to cancel after a failed delivery, delivery and restocking fees will apply.


Delivery Date Changes & Availability

  • If we cannot reach you due to incorrect contact details, your delivery may not be scheduled.

  • To change your delivery date, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Changes made within 48 hours may incur a £50 fee.
