At Dante Furniture, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

In the same condition you received them (unused, undamaged, with tags).

In their original packaging.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, email us at support@dantefurniture.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 1–2 working days so we can resolve the issue quickly.
3. Dimensions Disclaimer

All dimensions shown on our website are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes and design.

These variations are normal and not considered faults.

If exact measurements are critical, please contact us before ordering.
4. Non-Returnable & Exception Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Made-to-order or bespoke items (e.g. sofas, beds).

Clearance, final sale, or gift cards.

Used Bedding, duvets, and pillows (for hygiene reasons).

Items assembled, modified, or that cannot be returned due to their nature.
5. Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.
6. Refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A 20% restocking fee may apply.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to release the funds.
7. In-Store Purchases
For items purchased directly from our store:

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days once approved.
Non-returnable in-store items:

Custom-made or special-order items

Clearance or final sale items

Mattresses, bedding, and hygiene-sensitive products

Items assembled or modified after purchase
8. Damaged or Defective In-Store Purchases
Report any damaged or defective in-store purchases to our team within 2 days. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or return at no extra cost.
9. Non-Responsibility Conditions
Dante Furniture cannot accept responsibility for returns in the following cases:

Items that don’t fit due to failure to measure doorways, staircases, or spaces.

Size issues when the wrong size was ordered despite staff advice.

Variations in colour or material may occur due to lighting, screen display settings, and differences between manufacturing batches.

Damage from incorrect customer or third-party assembly.
