Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern entry into the Dante Furniture Monthly £100 Voucher Prize Draw ("Prize Draw"). By entering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Promoter

The Prize Draw is promoted by Dante Furniture, a furniture retailer established in 2016, based in Burnley, Lancashire, United Kingdom, trading at dantefurniture.co.uk ("we," "us," or "Dante Furniture").

2. Eligibility

To enter the Prize Draw, you must:

• Be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
• Be a resident of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland).
• Not be an employee of Dante Furniture, a member of their immediate family, or anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Entry is completely free and no purchase is necessary to enter or win. While we invite customers to share a Google review of their Dante Furniture experience as a natural way to enter, anyone who meets the eligibility criteria above may enter without purchasing from us — see Section 3 for the free entry route.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entry that does not meet these criteria.

3. How to Enter

Entry is free. There are two ways to enter:

Option A — Review entry (for Dante Furniture customers):

1. Leave a genuine review of your Dante Furniture purchase on Google.
2. Complete the entry form at dantefurniture.co.uk/pages/win-100, providing your full name, email address, order number, delivery postcode, and a screenshot of your submitted review.
3. Tick the consent box confirming you have read and agree to these Terms.

Option B — Free postal entry (no purchase necessary):

If you have not purchased from Dante Furniture and wish to enter the Prize Draw, you may do so free of charge by sending a postcard containing your full name, address, email address, date of birth, and the month you wish to enter, to:

Postal entries must be received by the last day of the relevant calendar month to be included in that month's draw. One postal entry per person per month. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

Entry via either route is free. One entry per person per monthly draw regardless of route. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or that we cannot verify will be disqualified.

4. Entry Period

The Prize Draw runs on a rolling monthly basis. Each monthly draw includes all valid entries received between 00:01 on the 1st day of the calendar month and 23:59 on the last day of the calendar month (UK time).

Entries received outside these windows will be carried forward into the following month's draw.

5. The Prize

One (1) winner per month will receive:

• A £100 Dante Furniture gift voucher, issued as a single-use discount code redeemable against any purchase from dantefurniture.co.uk.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The voucher must be redeemed within 12 months of issue. Standard delivery charges and terms of sale apply to any order made using the voucher.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the entry period. The draw will take place on the last working day of each calendar month. The randomisation method used is a verifiable random number generator.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by email using the email address provided at entry, within seven (7) calendar days of the draw taking place. The winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification to claim the prize.

If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, fails to meet the eligibility criteria, or the contact email is invalid, Dante Furniture reserves the right to disqualify the winner and redraw a replacement from the remaining valid entries.

8. Verification & Disqualification

Dante Furniture reserves the right to:

• Verify the authenticity of all entries, including cross-referencing order numbers with our records.
• Disqualify any entry we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, duplicated, incomplete, or submitted in bad faith.
• Disqualify any entry associated with a review that is subsequently removed, reported as fake, or deemed by Google to be in violation of their review policies.

Leaving a review is not conditional on receiving the prize, and reviews must reflect your genuine opinion of the product and service. Positive reviews are not required to enter, and removing or editing a review after entry does not disqualify you.

9. Data Protection

Personal data submitted as part of your entry (name, email address, order number, postcode, review screenshot) will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw, verifying eligibility, and contacting the winner.

If you opt in to marketing communications, we will also use your email address to send you information about Dante Furniture products, sales, and future prize draws. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Entry data is retained for 12 months from the date of the relevant draw, after which it is securely deleted, except where required to be kept longer by law.

10. Publicity

The winner's first name and general region (e.g. "Sarah from Manchester") may be shared in our marketing communications or on our website as confirmation the draw has taken place. Full names, addresses, or other personal details will not be published. If you do not wish to be identified in this way, please let us know when you are notified of winning and we will refer to you only as "the winner."

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dante Furniture will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment arising from entry into the Prize Draw or acceptance of the prize. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Dante Furniture is not responsible for any technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or issues beyond our reasonable control that may prevent an entry from being received or processed.

12. Changes & Cancellation

Dante Furniture reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Prize Draw at any time, including where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this necessary. Any changes will be posted on this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
