Our 2-person crew carries your sofa into the room you choose, upstairs included, and can take the packaging away if you ask.

In-stock sofas are usually delivered within 2–7 working days. Sofas that are due back in stock show an estimated delivery time on the product page and above. On finance orders, the timeline starts once your finance is approved and signed.
We arrange the date with you
We'll contact you to confirm a delivery date, then give you a courtesy call about an hour before we arrive.

Flats, stairs and access
Many London homes have narrow hallways, stair turns, lifts or restricted parking. A few minutes measuring now avoids a failed delivery.
Measure before you order
- The narrowest doorway on the route, including the front and flat entrance doors.
- Hallway widths and any tight turns on the stairs or landings.
- The lift's internal size and door opening, if you're using one.
- The space in the room itself, allowing room for recliner footrests to open.
Compare these with the sofa's width, depth and height, listed on every product page. Some larger corner sofas, such as the Brooklyn, arrive in sections.
Tell us before delivery day

- Which floor you're on and whether there's a working lift.

Our crew places your furniture in the room you choose and can take the packaging away if you ask. On many beds, delivery with assembly can be chosen at checkout.

How long will my delivery take?
In-stock sofas are usually delivered within 2–7 working days. Sofas due back in stock show an estimated delivery time on the product page. We'll contact you to confirm the date, and if anything changes we'll let you know straight away.
I live in a flat. Will you carry it upstairs?
Yes, upstairs delivery is included. Please tell us which floor you're on and whether there's a working lift, and measure doorways, stair turns and the lift before ordering, so we can make sure the delivery goes smoothly.
Will the sofa fit through my door?
Check the width, depth and height on the product page against your narrowest doorway, hallway and stair turn. Some corner sofas arrive in sections. If you're unsure, call us before ordering and we'll help you check.
Do I need to be at home?
Yes, someone needs to be there to accept the delivery. You'll get a courtesy call about an hour before we arrive.
Can I see the sofa before I buy?
Our showrooms are in Burnley and Mexborough. If you can't visit, we can send fabric swatches on request, and our team can talk you through sizes and comfort by phone or live chat.
