Would highly recommend this company..So impressed with their prices and free delivery plus excellent customer service from the guy on the phone to the delivery guys who did a magnificent job.. so much better than DFS where i saw this item on Monday of this week. They were selling this item several hundred pounds more and quoting 14wks delivery. On taking a look on google i came across Dante web site and couldn’t believe they could dispatch same day unlike DFS quoting 14wks !!! Same quality same model and here it is in my living room after ordering it on Tuesday afternoon and its Thursday today ..I took a leap of faith and so very pleased i did. 5* all round.
WOW, we was a bit nervous, as we have never purchased sofas or arm chairs on line before , nor had I heard of Dante before. I had a few discussions with Frank over the phone, Dante's sales representative, who was not only professional but also very reassuring in all my queries and put any concerns to ease. I have to also throw in a massive compliment to the 3 men who had to deliver the 2 seater sofa and 1 x arm chair up 5 very narrow flights of stairs, they put it together and we tested them all out before they left. I don't like to discredit any company but I was considering buying a very similar item with DFS, but was not prepared to wait 4 months and pay £800 more, we got our arm chair for free practically with Dante and was delivered within side of a week of ordering. We also paid for the extra care packages after all it was practically free if you look at what you save if you go else where!! Would recommend Dante to anyone!!! Sofa as described, looks great
Excellent service was offered delivery whithin 3 days of ordering , got them to deliver at a later date as was having new flooring layed , The sofa and 2 electric single chairs are as described and gr8 quility. Day of delivery the 2 guys were on time and unpacked and tested all the chairs . Both were realy nice and done a gr8 job , All in all I would recommend these chairs and sofa . Confirmed with the team on webchat that 2-7 days lead was correct. Sofa delivered in 5 days. About 700 cheaper than a similar product in DFS (which probably wasn't as nice) and they wanted 8 weeks. Had a courtesy call and text the day before delivery and a courtesy call when the delivery team were 40 mins away. The delivery team were great, 2 man team, delivered, built and tested in about 15 minutes. Checked I was happy with everything before they left. Took all the rubbish with them also. Great experience all round. Glad I stumbled on this website. Would 100% use again.
We first saw the Vinson smart and power recliners in DFS and knew these were the ones we wanted. I couldn't believe it when I saw these same ones for a considerably cheaper price. I was a bit worried that it was too good to be true but from start to finish my experience with Dante Furniture and the delivery men was exceptional. Even when we encountered a problem where we thought one foot recliner didn't work, Dante were so helpful, video calling to talk us through and it was only because one of the wires hadn't been plugged in. I can't recommend enough. Dante will be my first port of call if and when I look for more furniture....and the Vinson, well it's just so comfortable and very well made. We love our new furniture. My husband is especially happy with the facility on the "smart sofa" as it keeps his beer cool 🤣 The couches & chair are very comfortable. Fantastic company to deal with.We ordered these Sofas and they were delivered in just under a week the two delivery men where the friendliest happiest delivery men we have ever met , very professional they called us in advance to let us know the exact time and day they would be delivered they were so gentle with our sofas and our house. They assemble them and took all of the packaging away.The entire process was the smoothest thing, Honestly cannot fault them at any stage and the sofas are absolutely perfect, the graphite grey colour is beautiful The sofas are so well made and don’t need plumping up every single day like our old one did excellent quality extremely comfortable.We bought the Vinson 2 seater power recliner plus the Vinson 3 seater smart sofa power recliner sofa and they are fantastic.Can definitely recommend.

Fantastic sofa from a fantastic company! I had seen this very sofa in another well known furniture chain for significantly more then I purchased for here, free delivery, they set it all up and made sure it was working properly and that I was completely happy with my purchase before they left. I've never ordered furniture online before and I didn't know the company as they are not local to me, so I was a little worried. I needn't have been, the communication was great and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic 'smart' sofa, looks great and is extremely comfortable. However, despite Dante confirming delivery included setup, demo and removal of packaging - the couriers turned up with no knowledge of this at all, and I was left to assemble (with no instructions), figure out how to use/connect everything, and dispose of the packaging myself. That being said, the sofa itself is fantastic, and Dante were a much better price (and faster availability) than the high street stores selling essentially the same item.
We bought a three & a two seater from this company & have nothing but praise for them, from start to finish. They were delivered today. Excellent communication & product. You cant help but feel you're taking a gamble on line, on having seen the product or sat in it. But its perfect & a fraction of the cost it would have been from a High Street Shop. Well its very rare i leave reviews. Went to DFS and and we seen x2 sofas for £4000 but wait time was 3 months! Typed the model name in google and Dante popped up, exactly the same sofas as in DFS but for £1000 cheaper. Paid for them on Monday and had them delivered free of charge on the Thursday!! They setup, gave a demo and took all packaging away. 5* company to deal with. Thank you!!!

How long will my sofa take to get delivered?
In-stock sofas are delivered within 2–7 working days across mainland UK by our two-person team. Made-to-order items show an estimated delivery date on the product page. For finance orders, the delivery time starts once your finance is approved.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we have two. Our Burnley showroom is at Unit 3 Bruce Street, Burnley BB11 4BL (01282 570700), and our Mexborough showroom is at 17–19 High Street, Mexborough S64 9AF, with free parking. Come and try our sofas, recliners and beds before you buy.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Every sofa comes with a 5-year frame guarantee. You can also add our 5 Year Furniture Protection plan with Castelan PremierCare from £34, covering stains, accidental damage and structural faults with no excess to pay.
Can I specify a delivery date?
Yes. Our team will contact you to arrange a delivery date that suits you, and we'll call about an hour before we arrive. If you need to change the date, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Changes made within 48 hours may incur a £50 fee.
Do your products meet fire safety standards in the UK?
Yes. All our sofas meet the UK Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 and carry a permanent fire safety label. Our core ranges are also tested to BS 7176, a higher standard designed for commercial use.
Can I spread the cost with finance?

What is your returns policy?
If you buy online, you have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return your item, then a further 14 days to send it back. It must be unused and in its original packaging.
