I purchased the Noah 3-Seater Grey Fabric Recliner Sofa back in October 2024, after three months of daily use I have to say I am thoroughly impressed and ready to give an honest review. As a family of four, this sofa offers more than enough space for everyone to relax comfortably, and it truly is very comfortable. The fabric is surprisingly easy to clean, which has been a lifesaver with kids in the house. The recliner mechanism is smooth and effortless, but I have to say I’m glad I went for the manual than electric. The sofa looks and feels identical to the model DFS used to sell, but at a far better price. The live chat team have been fantastic, helpful, and reassuring throughout. They addressed my concerns and provided all the information I needed before purchase, along with clear pictures where it was stored. While I was initially skeptical about the delivery company Dante chose due to their mixed reviews (Furdeco), I was pleasantly surprised that the delivery team were polite, professional, and handled everything with care. Overall: Fast delivery, exceptional customer service, and a beautiful sofa perfect for families. I highly recommend Dante and am happy for this review to be shared on their website.

Sofa was in stock and delivered efficiently and people that delivered did a great job, sofa feels sturdy and well made, reclining function works smoothly and so far no issues and handles my rather large weight and mass no issue. Fabric is soft and comfortable and backs are high enough to support taller individuals so very pleased thus far and price was competitive.

How long will my sofa take to get delivered?

In-stock sofas are delivered within 2–7 working days across mainland UK by our two-person team. Made-to-order items show an estimated delivery date on the product page. For finance orders, the delivery time starts once your finance is approved.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have two. Our Burnley showroom is at Unit 3 Bruce Street, Burnley BB11 4BL (01282 570700), and our Mexborough showroom is at 17–19 High Street, Mexborough S64 9AF, with free parking. Come and try our sofas, recliners and beds before you buy.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Every sofa comes with a 5-year frame guarantee. You can also add our 5 Year Furniture Protection plan with Castelan PremierCare from £34, covering stains, accidental damage and structural faults with no excess to pay.

Can I specify a delivery date?

Yes. Our team will contact you to arrange a delivery date that suits you, and we'll call about an hour before we arrive. If you need to change the date, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Changes made within 48 hours may incur a £50 fee.

Do your products meet fire safety standards in the UK?

Yes. All our sofas meet the UK Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 and carry a permanent fire safety label. Our core ranges are also tested to BS 7176, a higher standard designed for commercial use.

Can I spread the cost with finance?

Yes. You can pay monthly with 0% interest-free finance over 2 to 12 months (subject to status), or split the cost into 3 payments with Klarna.

What is your returns policy?

If you buy online, you have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return your item, then a further 14 days to send it back. It must be unused and in its original packaging.
